Restoration fee? A restoration fee is going to be charged to your rental, $4.50 a square foot. It is not mentioned in the terms and conditions and is only mentioned in "house rules." It turned what was an ok month to month rate into a very unreasonable one. If you're a company that doesn't care about these fees, then no worries! However if you are a company that tries to avoid fees that don't make sense or are hidden, then this is not your place. One last note: the room I occupied was not restored, the scrapes on the wall and holes were not patched, and you could easily hear the neighbors in both their office and in the hallway. I don't like to give a bad review, but Regus earned it.

They will not help you in a pinch. Zero regard for any sense of urgency. Took them 20 minutes to tell me they couldnt assist my needs. Thanks for the $5 parking fee to boot.
