You will think when a Establishment goes under a change of owner ship things would be better, I've many complaints my most recently complaint I spoke with the Administrator Fyffe I complaint about the telephone which is in my relative room and has not been working for the last 2 weeks, she tells me theirs two other residence with this issue, At&t was coming out, I bet you if was the main line this would have been corrected, she gives me a cell phone number which she say the nurses keep that phone on them but why should i have to call some cell phone why not fix the problem, I informed her last week of the big cockroaches i seen and she gives me the excuse ,well because of the rain someone will be out there to spray, i was just their on 6/30/2022 and someone killed a roach in the room besides her bed and when i came back to visit her the next day 7/1/2022 that same roach was on the floor i told a CNA she say's really then left the room and shortly someone came to clean up the roach and paper on the room floor the floor in the room always seems a little sticky especially by the bed side but definitely dirty. None of the CNA's wears badges or you ask them what's their name and with their thick accent they answer but most definitely there is a language barrier, I wish transferring was an option, but other facilities have waiting list. I only chose this Facility because last year the reviews were this awful.

Do not Send your love one here. My mom had a stroke and was admitted to this facility on a Friday night and was hospitalized on Sunday due to her pulling out her dialysis port no one noticed I found her covered in her own blood. Also I forgot to mention my mom has a tracheotomy and the oxygen piece was off. Numerous times when I would visit the staff always had issues finding towels stating they dont have any. There was also issues where staff refused to change my moms bed sore dressing that was soiled with feces, on two occasions I changed the dressing myself because I didnt want her bed sore to get infected.To top all that off the last day/night my mom was there I asked a nurse for bandages to change my moms dressing and she came back with tape and gaze stating it was better than nothing. The only plus side is my mom got discharged from their facility and the case manager was very polite and understanding she apologized to me on their behalf. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall quality of care was terrible. Also who every was suctioning my mother injured her. In all from the 2 days my mom has been there Ive seen enough this place was horrible beware.

This place do not take care the elderly , especially Social worker, Nurses, Doctors. When a new patient is admitted in my opinion the center must give special attention to that patient. The main mission of the center must be that all residents feel good and comfortable. If you have a love one in this center, please, check the well being of his of her . If you see your love one is not receiving quality of care transfer the patient immediately to other facility with better qualifications and attention.
