VIP Sparklers

If I could give a NO star I would. I ordered my sparklers almost a month ahead of my wedding and also paid the 3 day business shipping and they NEVER GOT DELIVERED. Its the wrong number and they dont answer emails. Worst experience ever. Luckily I was able to go to the local shop a couple days before our wedding.

Absolutely the worst experience. I ordered them almost 3 weeks before my wedding and they didnt ship out or send any updates for over a week and a half so I tried contacting the shop and received very late and scant replies about when they would be shipping out. I asked for a refund and bought sparklers locally because I was worried they would not arrive on time for my wedding. The sparklers shipped the very next day that I had asked for a refund. Then the owner Jessica stated that she would not pay for return shipping for the sparklers but that I could send them back and now that I have sent them back it has been almost 2 MONTHS and they have not given a refund. Do not do business with them.

Never received a tracking number or a confirmation for my order. I also never received my order. I tried calling and the number listed is for a completely different company.

According to the website the 14 inch (under the 20 inch) sparklers were supposed to have 2.5 min of burn time. They have 56 seconds of burn time and cannot be used for the reasons bought due to the length of burn time. The pic of the product also does not match the website's pic. In addition to that, when you scan the QR code on the actual sparkler package the information that comes up for this particular sparkler states it only has a minute of burn time. You can't contact information anywhere on the website. Would not advise buying from.
