        Miami Animal Rescue gave me the greatest gift of my life in 2018: my dog, Duncan (formerly known as "Casper" with the rescue) . Be patient, it took many applications and visits to their adoption events to find the perfect dog for me. He is everything. Miami Animal Rescue saved him from the county shelter in bad condition, nursed him back to health, and then found him a home (with me) where he could thrive. Best organization ever!! Dont hesitate to donate to their life saving work. Thanks for taking such good care of my boy until I found and adopted him.

        Our first time working with Miami animal rescue has been great. My son fostered 2 puppies for his community hours for school. Taking care of both puppies was a great experience, we enjoyed them very much and will miss them. I definitely recommend this organization for anyone looking to adopt a dog or looking to help fostering these amazing animals.

        Thanks to a family member that recommended me this place I decided to foster a pet. The people working here were really nice, and all the processes and papers went quickly and smoothly. I ended up fostering a precious cat that was the most lovable kitty ever! One thing that I really appreciate is how quickly they respond when I had any doubts about the pet or anything relating to the program. It was a great experience overall! I would totally do this again. I loved it.

        My experience with Miami animal rescue was great. I fostered a dog so I can get community service hours and I loved everything about it. The people from the animal rescue helped by providing me with any answers I needed. Overall I had a great experience taking care of a dog and knowing I saved a life and was able to take care of a dog really is a great experience. I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get community hours or looking to adopt a dog

      Miami Animal Rescue is a non profit 501C charity created to save abused animals and rescue them from euthanasia, cruelty and abandonment. Miami Animal Rescue accepts strays, owner surrenders and also pulls from many shelters all over US. 

      Miami Animal Rescue originally started as dog and cat rescue only. Miami Animal Rescue quickly grew into a full spectrum animal charity, accepting all kind of species: domestic, livestock and exotics with two operating branches - in Florida and Colorado. Miami Animal Rescue is 100% no kill organization and is operated by volunteers. We accept anywhere between 60-100 animals to the rescue each month depending on funds.
