Great team! Jason and Alex were calm and patient with the two condo rules and regulations. They wrapped the furniture and were strategic about how to move and load up all of my stuff. Would use them again.

This moving company moved my 2 bedroom apartment. They did come on time with 3 movers and stood by the time line. They packed and unpacked my furniture and the wardrobe boxes only. When they unwrapped my TV console, I immediately noticed a 2 chips on the end of the furniture. I showed the worker and I sent a photo to the office. I unpack the boxes in the my bedroom and noticed some items from my closet were missing. 2 Louis Vuitton bags, 1 Gucci belt and a coach Belt, Valued over $3500. I immediately called the company and the representative told me a claim for my furniture was sent to the insurance company. In regards to the items the owner will get back as soon as hes back in town. The representative asked me to get a copy of the movers on a USB, which I did. I waited for a week until I received an email. The email stated that an internal interview was made and the movers denied taking anything. There was a new hire out of the 3 movers which they fired, due to my complaint. The owner replied that they will give my $500 out of courtesy. I rejected the offer and I told them I have a copy on USB and receipts, if needed. They replied since theres no evidence they are not paying me on these items. I asked for a copy of the claim submitted to the insurance company on the piece of furniture. They have ignored me, its been over 1 month trying to resolve this issue. The owner replied in the email that I can do whatever I want but they are not cooperating to resolve the issues. This is the worse company ever. I do not recommend using this company. They do not care about the customer. You have been warned! I gave them 1 star because they showed up on time :-(

Omg AWESOME!!!! Arrived on time so profesional they wrapped everything so good and worked in a timely manner mind you I moved from a Apt on the 3rd floor to another on a 3rd floor and they did FANTASTIC Eugenie was great Alejandro and Alex did so good we had no complaints.

These guys absolutely smashed out my move from Miami to Miami Beach. Out of a team of three, Miguel was the one I communicated with the most. Miguel is a great human who not only works extremely hard, but also takes pride in his work. The whole process was easy. Communication was top notch. Price is very fair. I would not only recommend these guys moving forward, but theyll be my first go-to moving company from here-on-out.
