Global Moving

PLEASE NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hire this company for my move to Spain. They charged me for an insurance they could never provide proof of. Items broken and many things missing (e.g. not one single pair of winter shoes, headphones, etc.). The crew that went to my house included an undocumented colombian girl just arrived in the US. She was packing my room with her brother where my headphones dissapeared. I wrote a complain at the Better Business Bureau (check it out) and they never even answer to that one either. Do yourself a favor, DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!

They are polite and they reply to your messages until you pay, then they just wash their hands. They may be good in local relocations within the US but I do not recommend to use them for international ones. Im yet to receive my container and local agent is asking for charges that were never mentioned in the quotation. As well, when asking for destination charges breakdown they simply ignore the message. Avoid them if you dont want headaches. Absolutely not a stress free company, not recommended at all. And, you may pay to load your container with a shipping line but you may face B/L fee exchange charges since they used different ones in between. Not honest at all.

I totally recomend global moving they have a very professional staff , they are always there wjen you need them the most. I want to mention monica chuy she is an outstanding employee .... thank you very much
