Return policies are terrible. Told me to bring the tag along with the receipt. I brought it and then they said they cant do it bc I took the tags off. Very lazy

I have to express my deep disappointment with the Perry Ellis store in the Dolphin Mall. I recently purchased a pair of pants for a special event and, although at the time of trying them on in the store they seemed appropriate, on the day of the event I encountered significant problems. The pockets kept folding in and out, which completely compromised the look and comfort of the pants. I had never experienced anything like this with a pair of pants and I was very frustrated. I decided to return the pants and went to the store. However, my experience was made even worse when I was greeted by a woman named (Natalia) with an arrogant and rude attitude. His aggressive body language and yelling contributed to a feeling of disrespect and unprofessionalism. It is truly unfortunate that an establishment not only offers low-quality products, but also has staff that lacks the courtesy and respect that customers deserve. "This experience completely discouraged me from being a Perry Ellis customer in the future."
