They are the best at massages, and I love going to them for all my maintenance needs. But lately the receptionist Diana has not returned any of my calls or messages that I sent them. Their customer service was always beyond 5star and attention to detail. Yare always takes care of me & knows exactly what to do when I explain something. She is the only that gets me. Please help, I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone there as no one EVER picks up the phone or returns phone calls.

This company is absolutely despicable. I sent them a message asking if they did house calls and they replied with a screenshot and an underline from their bio. I found this to be so extremely rude. Their customer service even when trying to set an appointment is very confusing, as they text and don’t return calls. I do not recommend this place at all. There’s far better places you can go and get GREAT customer service.

Yari & the entire staff here are amazing. They are welcoming, healing and you can feel the good energy as soon as you enter the door. This is a one of a kind experience and you will get everything you hope for and more. I came to get massages because Yari is delivers the best quality in Miami hands down. There is no one like her and no’one with her healing hands. Yari not only did my massages but also gave me a reiki session. I was first introduced to reiki by her by simply just having a personal conversation and her being able to connect to my energy right away. She connected me so well that she was able to tell me things about myself and my life that I didn’t initially tell her. After she told me these things it helped me really realize what I need to work on myself and how to start my own healing journey because I realized I have put so many people before myself and she helped me see that I need to internally heal myself so that I can move forward and leave what was no longer serving me behind. So thank you so much Yari. I recommend everyone to get a reiki session done with her because she is here to help heal us and not only physically but mentally also. This session was a 10/10 for me and if you don’t believe Yari will make you a believer. My life is now forever changed and I have been working to keep my chakras aligned.

I have gone to Yare for 3 reiki sessions and have also asked her to do some long distance reiki. I can honestly say you instantly feel the difference. My anxiety disappeared within seconds..you feel the bad energy leave your body. I have been able to be more calm and unbothered by things that normally would set me off. At one session I was praying silently for something and she Told me she had a message and it completely was about what I was praying at that moment. I wasn’t a huge believer before going to her but I sure am now. Go to Yare I promise she won’t disappoint. She is truly gifted.
