Person working the front desk shouldn't be there. No manners. Doesn't even look you in the eye, nor look at your paperwork, but somehow determines they don't do the specific test that my doctor ordered. He must have eyes on his head. Employees at fast food restaurants are more articulate than him.

They have everyone who comes in use a tablet to check in and they do Not clean it after each use. You can see everyone's finger prints on it. There was nothing to clean/sanitize the tablet or my hands with after the use. DURING A PANDEMIC. Wait is extremely long due to employees lack of attentiveness. I also walked out because I saw the front desk service woman act rude towards a patient who was only asking for their correct email to have her doctor send the requested documents. Front desk woman walked away from for a long time after too that. I couldn't even tell them to take me off the list because she never came back and no one was attending the front desk. Additionally, the phone listed in this page is out of service.

I checked in from my car to prevent sitting in the waiting room. My appt was for 1pm. At 12:39 I got a text message telling me the technician was ready for me and I should come into the office. Its after 1pm and I am still waiting. When I went to the desk to ask how much longer I was told to take a seat. I am compromised. I have Asthma. There are seven people waiting in a 8x12 room. This is unacceptable Very unprofessional while there is an epidemic going on.

The WORST!!!! labcorp to go if you make an appointment don't waste you time, after my wife taking the day off and the time to make appointments she got to this location for two appointments "test" after waiting for this day it was a waste of time. As I told you in the beginning, do not waste your valuable TIME, call somewhere else, unfortunately I have to punch on one star, I will like to give them 1/4 of one. Thanks Labcorp
