EZ Covid Testing

The most unprofessional covid testing site. 1) Prior to Christmas, I got a covid test and over 10 days after, I got an email (with over 200 people CCed on it) saying that the results were running late. People were furious. This is a breach of privacy. 2) I got a PCR test 5 days ago and still do not have the results. 3) The phone number listed when a text message is sent with a link to results does not work. 4) I got a rapid test over 2 hours and no results. I am disgusted and this lab should be shut down.

Orlando works with Ez Covid testing, he is amazing. Definitely an amazing employee. Everyone at the testing site is extremely professional and kind. I needed a test for work and they helped me quickly and effectively . I highly recommend getting tested there.

If youre looking to have HIGH anxiety before your flight this is the place to go! Imagine planning your lifetime trip to Egypt and cant get on your flight because this company exceeded the time they promised to have my results back this is SICK! Never again. Wouldnt recommend!

HORRIBLE service. Not only have I not received my PCR test results that I paid for after over 72 hours, but Alex and Brianna emailed over 400 people and did not BCC them. This has to be a violation of a health privacy policy. These people are exploiting the worsening conditions of the pandemic by making desperate people pay for tests that would otherwise be free, and NOT EVEN SEND THE RESULTS. I believe the owners name is Alex. He was not wearing a mask for the majority of my wait in line to get tested and even let his friends cut in front of people. I hope you get shut down.

2 times took the test with them and the results took over the promise time to arrive, even when paid for the rapid PCR. Also, requested to send it and sent me the wrong one. Never again.
