I went FastLabs at the Falls this morning for a 10 am appt for the PCR nasal swab. I was seen immediately, no lines, no waiting. I didn’t have to get out of my car and the testing process was quick. The nurse made the experience easy and painless and the results were emailed to me before 11am today. Excellent experience! I’ve had the PCR done at other places and none were as quick and efficient.

Even thought I get my result very quick , do not use the service if you need an invoice of the service rendered, No return phone calls nor emails .

Do NOT rely on this company to help you. I paid 175 for a rapid PCR they promised I would receive within 3 hours and that was almost 24 hours ago. I called and left countless voicemails and not a single person answered the phone nor did they ever call me back. I even called other locations for assistance and none of them answered their phones either. I now have to miss a day of work which means missing a day of pay because I trusted this team that has not delivered. Do NOT trust them to help you in any way because they don’t. Be aware of this before spending your money on a scam.
