My daughter had the worst healthcare experience of her life here. She is an intern in Miami so she needed to establish with a physician while she is living there. We researched online if our insurance was accepted at this office and we confirmed it was. Her appointment was at 9am. The staff could speak English but only spoke Spanish in front of her. She was taken into a small office and grilled about her insurance for approximately one hour. Then, they made her pay $50 for her copay and then she proceeded to wait in the waiting room for approximately another hour. While she was waiting there, a grown man approached her in an intimidating manner and told her they didn’t speak English there and she needed to speak Spanish. That is both harassment and a HIPAA violation since he could only know that about her from the people at the front desk. She had other appointments so after 2 hours she notified the front desk she had to leave. The gal went to the back office and never returned. She stated to the other front office person that she was leaving and was met with “OK! Bye!” I have been in healthcare as an RN for over 20 years and this treatment was atrocious and unacceptable. They kept the $50 which is theft and Our insurance has been notified that she was not seen so if they try to run it as a visit that will be fraud.

Very good, the Doctors, assistants , the girls @ front desk the best, always welcome you with smile on their faces, if you dont feel good they help you in anyways including emotional. To me is one of the best places to help the old people. And one of the best, is Jaqui. Not because the others dont treat you the same, oh no, all are the best . In my opinion they should be pay The maximum cause they deserve it. Always very professional, and in a good mud.
