I never write reviews but I had to for this clinic! I moved to Florida and needed papers for my dog almost a year ago, I spoke with a doctor and he deemed me eligible and I got my letter for my furry helper soon after. The process was easy and I’m still very happy with this place! They have many other great services as well.

DO NOT RECOMMEND...they have a huge miscommunication issue and no one is helpful and they will try to make you pay extra for services that you weren't told about.I was told by a doctor that he was going to prescribe me meds but NOT told i would have to fill out another application and pay another 100 dollars for the prescription on top of paying 189 dollars for my ESA letter, when i was told by the doctor not to be charged for it. ABSOLUTLY frustrating. NEVER going to recommend or use.I wouldn't put any stars if i could.
