I was left in the patient room for an entire HOUR before anyone came to see me. I popped my head out to say something and I’m pretty sure they FORGOT someone was in this patient room waiting to be seen. Unbelievable. My follow up need was for a prescription refill… nothing else!! Appointment for 2:45, was checked in at 3:20, vitals taken at 3:30, and seen by a provider not until 4:30. Unacceptable! The automatic lights shut off on me! Waste of time! Should have telehealth for prescription refill appointments.

Honestly what can i say these people need to get well organized and be more efficient I've been coming for over 6 years and am always like next time it will be better. So you cant say its not a fair review you make appointments and it takes more then 20 minutes until they call you in. Then your inside wait 20M -1 hour just to be seen . I agree its a money taking place no care all rush rush to see as many ppl they can to take ur money. You ask to see the same doctor and shes never available once you build trust you want to the same doctor right. Your there for a reason and they make u do all these things you don't really need like bro CHILL i know you want to use my health care to use and abuse but your making it to hard for me to ever want to come back. And not all but mostly all that work here are so unorganized that am just tired of it having this round around. So sadly i will look for a new doctor. I wont be back any more !!!
