Second time I tried to get a mani pedi here. The first time, I waited for 30 mins past my appt time for them to tell me that it will take another 20 mins for my turn. This time, the nail technician canceled and they did not call me to let me know. Horrible!

They have the most meticulous staff. The staffs are so accommodating that you just feel like you’re so at home with them.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Went to get manicure and a haircut. Asked for layers in the back and to go a little short. My hair came out terrible. I have long hair to being with and requested nothing to be cut from the bottom which he wanted to and I had to SAY NO 3 times. My hair consist of two parts now. One long and one clump of of short hair chin length all around. What kind of cut is this? There is no transition of the layers in my hair. I can not wear my hair straight because the cut looks choppy and just TERRIBLE and I can not wear it curly because it looks like a mess. No flow to my hair. Horrible job. Please hair stylist, IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU’RE DOING, FIND ANOTHER CAREER.

They are all top notch, professional, and fun to be around. When I get highlights, there is no brassy tones and it grows out with a natural look. I wouldn’t go to anyone else and look forward to each appointment.

She knows how to manage my fine hair perfectly! All the stylists are genuinely kind and helpful.
