I never purchased anything in this place, I had never heard of this place as a matter of fact but on Nov. 13 a purchase was made in this store with “my credit card” while I was at work so I don’t know how that was done since I had the card in my wallet but anyways that was a Wednesday I got the alert on my phone called my bank & immediately called this place, the man that answered said “thank God you called bcuz the man is suppose to come back Friday to pick up the things” I trusted them just to find out a couple weeks after when we went with the police that they gave him everything. I am now stuck fighting with my bank and police over $21,000 that they gave someone in items after I had called. I called back that Friday that he said the man was going back and the man got upset bcuz I called back, I mean of course he’d be mad because I was jeopardizing a huge purchase for him, the police even told us “they don’t care about it they got their money” I have cried so much since November, I checked my credit score and it went down 67 points because of this, they’re making me pay $22k over this bcuz the bank says the merchant said the card was inserted not swiped, they gave us a copy of the forged license and didn’t even check to see that the names did not match. I personally went a was told whoever I spoke to was at lunch so I went home called back 3 hours later and was told that other person was at lunch, so I asked “so who’s at lunch now?” I will be pressing charges on this company for this. You either lied or you didn’t care that I had told you that wasn’t us making the purchase but you still have the items away anyway. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!
