Amazing customer service. Had a problem with one of my locks and they fixed it in 3 seconds, not even kidding. This location has an amazing selection of luggage's as well as a nice repair set up. The value speaks with itself with Rimowa. IYKYK.

Saw glowing review about this location so was excited to visit with intent of purchasing a carry-on. Upon walking in, a staff said hi to us from across the store and went back to whatever he was doing at the counter. Despite being only customer in the store with 3 staffs nearby, no one approach us to offer any assistance or ask if we need any help. Tried to get staffs attention a few times but the way they ignored us, it made us feel invisible so we ended up leaving. Disappointed in the experience and definitely put a damp in the impression of the brand.

After many years of consideration, my husband went into the store to look at the new "Harness" for the cabin suitcase. John Buckley helped us and because of his impeccable customer service my husband left the store the a suitcase and the harness. John was polite and well informed and answered each and every one of my husband's questions and allowed him some time to make his decision without any feeling of pressure. It was only after we had made the purchase that we found out that Mr. Buckley was the store manager. He is an asset to this retail establishment and the Rimowa brand.
