My wife ordered a few items from here on a groupon, and they shipped it to the wrong address, they never applied the groupon, they hung up on us on the phone, we've talked to them and they tell us we'll fix it and someone will contact you in a few days, with no resolve. Lastly we've been trying to resolve this issue for over three months and still horrible customer service when we call.
