Viking Sprinkler Service, LLC

This is a family business run by Victor and his wife Karen. They were very responsive, honest, transparent about the time it would take to get to my job and followed up via text and phone. I was so very impressed from the start. Victor was able to install a new sprinkler pump and adjust all the heads a week earlier than I expected. He showed up exactly at the time they promised and was done a couple of hours later. I was very grateful and impressed by his knowledge and honesty. I highly recommend this company. Prior to contacting Viking Sprinkler Service, I called 2 companies that said they would be there the next day and never showed up or bothered to call. Fortunately, I found Victor. He was honest with me from the start and said he was completely booked for the days I requested. He later called and gave me an appointment. He showed up on time, walked me through what was needed and even did the job the same day! I couldn’t be happier! I wish all contractors were honest like him! Victor, owner of Viking Sprinkler, is a very honest, dependable and knowledgeable person. I called this company because of all the excellent ratings, my new timer had been placed by another company, but I woke up twice in the middle of the night and did not see the sprinkler on, called the other company to come and check it but the person who did the job had become very unreliable, kept telling me he would come but failed to do so. I realized I had to find a new company to take care of my system, since previous person did not even have a truck nor car for service. Something must be very wrong!! Victor came at time scheduled, he checked the new timer and told me it was working fine, just had to set up the time in both front and back lawn, which had not the time I had told previous person. He was extremely honest because he told me the truth, did not tell me I needed a new timer ( which had been installed a couple of weeks back), but since I did not know what was wrong he could have told me anything. He quadrupled check to make sure everything was fine. I woke up again in the middle of the night and everything was working!! If I could give him 6 stars instead of 5 , I would. I told him I wanted him from then on to take care of my repairs. Thanks Victor, continue giving good service to customers and we will continue recognizing your worth.
