The old woman and the man that works there are very rude and lie to service their own personal agenda. I arrived at 9:00 to do laundry which I have done before and finished at 9: 40 - 10 ish when there was a sweet well-mannered lady there. I hate to go to a place to close to closing time but sometimes with work it cannot be helped. This old woman and the man are completely selfish, rude, and thoughtless. They said that the last person has to come in at 8:30! Where is the sign for that?? I would really like the owner to know that they are the reason I will never be a customer there again. I have been there many times but not anymore. Because the other lady said the last person can come in before the closing time like at 9 but no one else after 9:30 because they close at 10:30. They spend 9:30-10:30 cleaning up. I wonder how much money they have cost their employer with their rudeness and lies just so they can get off earlier. The other lady is super nice and has great customer service. If I was the owner, I would fire them. They need to be very clear on the closing policy with customers,so that everyone is on the same page. Post a clear cut sign!
