Great Lasik experience! But super long waits. Recommend going other places for follow-ups.

This may be the first review I do in my life.. All I have to say is I am extremely happy with LVI. After a long time of meditating I decided to do the procedure (I am 32 y/o and been wearing eye glasses and contacts since 15) I’ve ALWAYS hated contacts. I only used them for sports as I play soccer several times a week, but man, they are uncomfortable, so eye glasses were my daily choice... I was afraid that even with the surgery my eye sight wasn’t going to be perfect and felt that I was destined to wear contact lenses all my life for sports, swimming, etc. Eye glasses are for daily, but let’s face it, nothing beats being able to see clearly without the need to depend on anything. Nelly, Hector, Caro, Julie and the rest of the staff were quite helpful and supportive. They answered all my questions to the dot and they never made me feel pressured into the surgery (nobody likes a bad sales person lol). During my last visit, I witnessed another patient bringing lunch for the staff because he was so happy and grateful for the service LVI Kendall provided for him.. I guess I’m not the only one feeling great about this place... You notice the great attitude the staff has towards you and in between them. Great teams are hard to find, here you got one. Thanks again LVI Kendall!

Surgery went really well, recovering was really fast. By fast I mean that in the afternoon same day of the surgery I could see everything Cristal clear. Staff is really friendly. Highly recommend this place to get your 20 20 vision.

My experience at this office was amazing. From the moment you walk-in the first time and Carolina receives you with great pleasure to when You are about to leave and Yesenia is explaining costs and procedure. The day of the surgery was a breeze, the techs have a great attitude, they will reassure anything you need making you feel comfortable every step of the way. Overall if I had to do Lasik again, I would think twice on where I’m going.
