Back 2 Nature Landscape Design

This company was referred to me by a neighbor.  I should have known when my early communications with the owner were difficult.  She was non-responsive to the point where I was about to give up, then she would surface.  Her team did a good job and my yard looked nice, but not worth putting up with her nasty, entitled attitude.  A year after my yard was complete, several of the plants started dying.  I called her.  No response.  Text - no response.  Called again and a few hours later she responded.  She told me my plants wouldn't be dying if I had hired her to care for them on a regular basis.  But how could I since she is no incredibly obnoxious to be around?  When I told her that I was not interested in working with her, she started aggressively sending me nasty texts until I had to block her.  I can not  understand how she is still in business if she treats clients the way she has treated me.
