Our company had a major deadline shift that required us to get our survey updated for our most important acquisition of the year. Not only did Royal Point take our call at the end of a day, they got a field crew on site the next morning, and then delivered a perfect survey before our already ultra-tight new deadline. Not a single change was requested by our lender, title insurance company, or acquisition team--perfect on the first try, which saved us precious time.
