        If your looking to shop, its a nice building. However, renting is a completely different story. Theyve had the 3rd floor without A/C for over a year and constantly say that they fixed it when clearly the thermostat reads 82 The bathrooms are a complete filth as well. Very bad upkeep from the management and Id recommend anyone looking to rent a space for a Jewelery business to look somewhere else that wont give you so many headaches
