I went to the Van Cleef in the Miami Design District. The service I got from Joseph was exceptional! He was very attentive and very friendly. He really made me feel at home. I will be coming back again. Ask for Joseph!

My experience at Van Cleef & Arpels Miami Design District was Fantastic! From the moment I entered the store, the host greeted me with a big smile, made me feel welcome and he took me to sit where Joseph the SA was who very kind and knowledgeable of my Alhambra bracelet request explaining the different stone selection. I was offered something to drink to my surprise the host brought us the delicious chocolates with our water! Surreal! The atmosphere was very calm and all the employees were very helpful. This store has an amazing shopping experience, I will definitely come back for some other pieces with my SA
