I like this branch because it's not a complete cluster f. from open until close like all the other branches in the area. The one annoyance is that it is suposedly open Saturdays, but when you show up during business hours, it's closed without any explanation.

Info in Google shows open Saturday till noon, I drove 5 miles but was closed. Please show more respect to customers!

ngel crespo really went above and beyond and helped with the statements and I needed and helped me with all my account questions this is the true definition of a Wells Fargo 5 star customer service representative

I walked into this location for an appointment which I was mistakenly thinking it was at this branch ; upon entering I let them know I was there for an appointment he was very rude and said I wasnt on his roster ; I then realized I could possibly be in the wrong location, which I was. He then when on to say how he can help me but has an appointment in 30 mins keep in mind , this whole time hes being rude & speaking over my questions I then asked to speak to a manager because if he was available why wouldnt you be able to assist a customer who has 4 different accounts with this company I honestly feel he should learn how to be patience and have some sort of compassion and understanding for the ways things have changed in the course of this nature we are all trying to adapt to our new environment but that doesnt mean he has to have acted the way he did Ive also filed a complaint with corporate
