Raised my premium to $4,500 a year. After 7 years of coverage with them and 1 claim. For a tree that hit a fence and my well electrical box.

Not renewing after covering us for years. The reason? Tree branches over the house. So we paid to have them all trimmed. Sent photos proving there were no more tree limbs over the house. Rather then sending an inspector to re-inspect, they told our agent the pictures weren’t good enough. This is just an excuse. The pictures clearly show no tree branches over our house. If you’re not going to renew, at least be professional enough to send an inspector out in person to take photos and speak with the homeowner!!

Left me out in the cold!most of my Neighborhood was hit with large hail and .all my neighbors got new roofs but I was denied. Then raised my insurance 2 k in one year. Horrible company. I'There another neighbor they denied as well. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Fed Net.n

Never had a problem. Always get a good customer service rep with answers and no computer to talk to when u call!
