If I could give them 0 stars I would do it. This agency was the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I am now owing money to a car insurance company because an agent did NOT cancel my policy on time. How is it possible that I am now in debt because according to UAIC I didn't cancel on time, yet I have proof that I immediately informed my Agent Hector Trujillo. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
