I cant think of a worst relationship with a company than one that ignores cancellation requests. This place is a nightmare. Only recently I found out that this company gave me the highest priced insurance on the market with zero discounts costing my family an excess of 10,000 over the years that should have been in my kids college fund. Extremely unnerving. Anyone wanting insurance, do yourselves the favor and never go with the option they tell you is the only one. They will string you along at the highest price to make a penny. 2 stars for knowing how to pick up a phone. Negative two for not looking out for customers! Thats all!

I love my my broker Goosehead Insurance. If I have a question, I just email Them and my response is within minutes. I feel very happy with the service I get from them.

I write reviews in very rare occasions. I am extremely happy with the service provided by Goosehead. Jacob L assisted me in a very professional and diligent manner to find the best rates for my home insurance.

The world's worst! Go anywhere else but not these guys. Good luck. Th best part of this review is this clowns response below where he says they "would welcome the opportunity to discuss my experience" and "make amends". This place is a clown show. I called and spoke with you clowns on 4 occasions where you told me to call the insurance company as there was nothing you could do. The insurance company said it's your issue and you need to correct it. You refuse to because it's a South Florida Clown Show. I tried resolving it 4 times with you clowns. One final thing: I left two messages with humans at the clown show company for the owner to call me back to resolve my situation over a week ago. Still no call back. Then he posts this idiotic response. The public is not stupid.. If you want a new policy, these jokers will be all over you but once paid, the service stops. They're a ripoff and lousy service after you cancel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You've been informed and warned.
