Sold my 1/2 deaf old mother a $7,000 policy for $750 a year. Didnt ask for a wind mitigation report. Didnt ask to talk to me on the insurance. I went to my broker and he got all the discounts and full coverage for $1,900 a year. It should be illegal to sell an old lady a worthless coverage policy.
###Reply to owner### Yes it was your office. The matter is done. I called your office and canceled the policy she had. This policy was in place for years and I only noticed it in 2021 after she paid it.
If it was another agent owning this location when it was created then it is a reflection of State Farm. Either way someone should have noticed this policy.
