they take forever to come fix the machine, they do not answer the phone, they always have an excuse to why they cannot come, if you do not call them more than 3x they wont come. i honestly regret ever wasting my time with them!!!!!!!!!

Worst company ever! Worst customer service! Rudest person ever that answers the phone. The only person who gives a dam is the man who comes out to services & clean machines. Run, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Be careful. I was promised by the owner of the business (great business skills by the way not so great integrity skills) that with the initial $59.00 they were able to check and resolve any minor problem. Turns out that the $59.00 was only the cost for equipment checked and everything else is extra not even credited to the total cost of the invoice. Find out after I also promised to hear from them within 2 days and 5 days later I was the one called to find out what happened. Lost $120.00 and I had to go to the place 4 times. Loss of money, time, credibility and I still have to take the equipments somewhere else to be fix.
