Some years ago, one of your attorneys put an end to an Immigration saga that started back in 2005. Her name is Rosa Melia-Acevedo. I honestly didn't know that I had a lousy lawyer until I started working with Rosa. She showed me what an exceptional lawyer actually is. My case originally started in New York, then it moved to New Jersey and finally went to Florida. At that time, I was living in Orlando, and this is when I first met Rosa. Rosa met with me, listened to my situation, and took lots of notes. When we went to court in Orlando, I had terrible luck with my judge. He was close to retirement and was very rude and spiteful and scheduled another hearing. On the next hearing, he basically said that he was retiring and left me hanging in the system until I was assigned to a new judge. Rosa did everything she could to help me, she pleaded with the judge, filed motions, and did everything she could, but the judge wouldn't budge. He wouldn't want to hear that I already had approval for my Green Card by USCIS. I told her back then, I said; Rosa, if we lose in court, I know in my heart that you did everything possible to win my case, and it wouldn't be your fault. Her level of determination, dedication, and professionalism is out of this world. She Face-Timed me every time I had a question, prepared me for all court appearances, and constantly kept in touch. When we finally got assigned to a new judge, she won the case, and the nightmare of my legal saga came to an end. Years later, I still can't believe it's over, and I owe it all to Rosa. I would absolutely recommend working with this firm, service was great but most importantly the human approach they have and how everything regarding to my case was resolved (an O1 Visa). Will definitely come back for other immigration needs.
