        After I wait 20 min at the lane for the lady to make the wafle,she said that she is out of Straberry flavor.. Very bad customer service!! I do not recommend!! Go to the onein8st. SW

        If I could give ZERO stars I would! Complete waste of money. Last minute decision to grab something sweet. Ice cream was runny and melting when I was served it. Service was beyond horrible! A bunch of kids who don't care about the customer!!! I'm pissed and will contact corporate tomorrow!!!!

        Only Had 5 Flavors. They Didn't Want To Get More Ice Cream From The Back. They Didn't Want To Make Shakes. No Waffle Cones. Clients Were Leaving Upset. Staff Was Bad!!
