        Brophy Air does a terrific job handling the chiller equipment, cooling tower and common area air handler units in two office buildings that I manage. Their practical knowledge about all things related to chiller systems is exceptional, and they have always been able to resolve every problem to my satisfaction. They are never stumped. One thing I particularly like is that they are happy to explain, in layman's terms, what the problem is and the best way to resolve it. They provide prompt, efficient and respectful service. Their pricing is always fair. But more than anything, they care about the air conditioning in my buildings as if it is was their own building and they are totally on top of the situation in any emergency. Finally, they are a pleasure to deal with on a human level. Services: Thermostat repair, AC installation, AC maintenance, Thermostat installation, Duct and vent installation, HVAC repair, AC repair, HVAC maintenance
