I had an appointment for December 6 at 1:45 pm to have some analysis reviewed virtually. I called at 2:24 pm because they still didn’t call me and I was told that they would call me when they had the chance; About 4:50 I was not called back so I called and I was told that the place closes at 4:30pm today. I wasted a work day and my time with this bad medical center.

The worse place! Do not waste your time, go elsewhere! Most of the staff does not speak English. Took my Mom here as a new patient for a set appointment, for the first time. We sat there for 3 hours and 15 minutes, and not much was accomplished. The staff read Mom's BP and came back with a message from the dr, saying that we need to go to the ER (due to high blood pressure). I explained to them that we are here as new patient, not bc Mom has HBP. Dr Miriam is our new PCP, this is our initial visit. There was confusion, a lot of going back and forth. Finally the dr came in, and flat out said to take Mom to the ER. I explained to her that the ER will treat her once and then say to go to the PCP for follow up; we are here as new patients, treat her for BP by giving her meds, do lab work and give referrals. Today, we had a tele health appointment, the dr never called. I called 5' after the appointment, they reached out to the dr and we were told that she will call in 5'. That has been 3 hours ago. When I called the English speaking line, I was on hold for 45', nobody answered. The Spanish line picked up immediately, but cannot communicate in English and xferred me back to the English-speaking line. And the dr still have not called us. 😡 Find a different provider, this is terrible!
