As a former teacher, I cannot possibly recommend this school. The academics are very uneven, completely dependent on the quality of the teacher. And faculty changes yearly or even more frequently, depending on how much money is in the budget or at the whim of the admin. Administration is all about the bottom line and experienced, higher-quality staff are forced out because of their higher salary. Novice teachers are hired at entry-level pay, which creates a chaotic, inexperienced environment. Staff rules change frequently and mysteriously, and changes seem to be based on a fear of getting sued for one reason or another. Most parents who send their kids here, in my experience, want them to learn English well; but many staff do not themselves have a command of the language and often make grammatical mistakes in their communication. Facilities are lacking and staff morale is often low. Look elsewhere for a private Christian school in Miami.

As a parent, I am very proud to send my daughter to school everyday. I am given a sense of ease knowing she is not only safe, but also being given the optimum experience spending her days here. She loves going to school.. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. This is a very family-centered organization. They provide great opportunities for students both in academics and extracurricular activities. Once my daughter graduates, I am confident she will be provided with the tools for her next course of education.

This school accepts the McKay scholarship for students with learning disabilities. However, this school is not equipped to meet the needs of such students, such as those with autism, ADHD, and other learning and behavioral impairments. The school's administration will treat and hold such special needs students to the same standards as the rest of their student body. The administrators of this school are known to quickly expel such special needs students in a hard hearted manner for very trivial infractions, that may occur as a result of their learning, social, or behavioral impairments.Parents of such special needs students would be wise to look elsewhere, and spare themselves and their children the trauma and grief of an eventual and almost certain expulsion upon the occurrence of one or two minor infractions.

Both my kids went here. Teachers are legitimately interested and concerned with students. Pay is below public school so most of these teachers teach for the love of it not for a paycheck. It's been around for 60 years but they do a decent job of keeping the facilities up. No snobs which is better Than those high priced private schools
