Their hair is amazing!!! I purchased the Deep Wave hair for my graduation pictures and I loved it! I've also used their papaya soap and facial oil. I have seen results with evening my tone and it has lessened my outbreaks on my face. I definitely will buy their skin products again

This review is not being written based on her work because her work is phenomenal. I always love my hair once she completes it. However my issue with the facility is the lack of professionalism. Whenever I book my appointment with Max I always have bad anxiety because either she could cancel my appointment do to an emergency (how many emergencies does one have?) or push back my appointment 30+ mins. In her booking it says 10 minute Grace period no refunds. Her time is valuable but what about it mine? Once i showed up to her studio for my hair appointment neither her or the other staff members knew I had an appointment until they looked at the schedule. Luckily she was selling her products at the time so she was in store and could do my hair but what if she hadnt been there? Or the time i had a wedding to go to and she had an emergency and cancelled on me while i was driving there. Come on now, how is this professional? Again i love the way she does my hair but this recent cancellation is my final straw. I will have to find another hair stylist that respects my time and is more consistent with their scheduling even if their work may not be up to par like Maxs sigh

Ordered hair , never received confirmation reached out no response its always when you dealing with someone that dont know how to communicate to have a business poor service no communication no sympathy no anything
