It wouldve been nice if you guys could have sent an email out to the parents or even a phone call/ text message letting parents know youd be closed today. I drove an hour away to bring my daughter to her class just to find it was entirely closed. While Im here Id like to mention an encounter I had with someone from your staff a few weeks ago. I was dropping my daughter off and since shes only 4 yes I walk her all the way in and after I let her in through the door to the mat I was watching through the window to make sure she made it to the right class okay and a bulldog of a lady comes up to me which appeared to be either an owner or head coach in her mid 40s with a piercing in her lip and aggressively asks me what Im doing here in a very rude and condescending way. I simply explained that I was just watching my daughter (and keep in mind I wasnt planning on being there for longer than 1 minute because this place isnt very parent friendly. They have made that very clear.) and she continuously asked me once again in a rude way okay so what are you doing here? So I responded also in the same rude way that she asked just to tell her that I was watching my daughter.. because since when is it a crime to watch your kid and make sure shes headed in the right direction. You must watch your kids from outside of the building in the blazing heat for an hour so just keep that in mind . Other than that the coaches are nice and do a good job at keeping the kids entertained and trained. Still wouldve been nice to know the gym would be closed before driving an hour there and an hour back to my house and disrupting the whole day for no reason.
