        I train here almost daily. I love the workouts, I love that we train without shoes, I love that there is variability as well as consistency, and the trainers do an incredible job correvtubg my form each step of the way.

        Me and my wife we have come to Epic for around 2 years now and we love it. Its not the typical HIIT class as they mixed with some acrobatic exercise, nothing crazy but there is where you see better improvements as you go more and more frequently. It feels a bit like a HIIT with Ninja training. I highly recommend it.
