        I have been to several CrossFit gyms, but IMT CrossFit hits different. The programming, the intensity, the people, the quality coaching, the support, and (Ill say it again because it is that important) the people! There are days I am there to move, but most days I am there to push myself. I am surrounded by people that want the same, so naturally that makes me push harder. I am a better version of myself since I joined IMT CF!

        Since I have been in crossfit I just want to give a shut out to coaches Natasha, Natalie and Christine. They deserve 5 stars and 3 Michelin Stars on top of everything they're amazing. Love doing there classes
