        Owners dont care about the gym no more, tbh, even planet fitness is better. Dirty, Messy and Smells!!

        I started training with Carie several months ago and it makes my gym experience enjoyable. Having a knee injury we work around that.We do different exercises and if knee is a problem she has a number of other options to do. Carie is always friendly n we focus during our workout.
