Our experience with the technician was very poor and I would not recommend using this company. Prior to arriving to the service address, we were informed that there would be a $35 fee for diagnosis or $95 plus parts if we were going to repair our oven. The technician, Manny, arrived and took a look at the stove and determined that the stove had a ignition delay and that the stove was working. He spent about 20 minutes monitoring the stove and in the end made no repair. He was unprofessional and rude and did not want to explain what was wrong with the stove to a third party. He claimed that he was spending to much time talking about it and did not feel it was worth his time. I went to get money to pay him the $35 but he wanted more. He started raising his voice and I tried to tell him what was quoted since he did not repair to the stove. I gave him cash and he refused to give me a receipt and just left. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a service technician and will never call or recommend him to anyone.
