        I have been using this service during the pandemic and I urge anyone considering to PLEASE KEEP AWAY. I am charged by the weight of the package, $8.60 per pound and consistently my package would arrive at my local post office with one weight listed by pakya and when weighed it would be less. One package was 3.5lbs and pakya recorded it at 5lbs, another was 4lbs and recorded at 6lbs. I have called repeatedly and email but the response I got was that's just how they do business and it was a system of rounding up. How do you round up from a flat number? Or worse round up 2 or 3 levels? THIS COMPANY STEALS, PLEASE IF YOU ARE USING THEM AND BEING CHARGED BY THE WEIGHT OF YOUR ITEM, TAKE THE TIME TO ASK YOUR POSTSERVICE TO WEIGH IT IN YOUR PRESENCE. Terrible business. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
