Anointing flowers did an exceptional job. From the church, the bouquets and to the reception hall we were so amazed by her work. Nicole was a professional from the very beginning till the end. I only use Anointed Florist services and I highly recommend them. This is a black owned business who also provides exceptional customer service.Every experience with them has been Phenomenal , I uses there services for any special occasion thats coming up and its never a disappointment

I am a very dissatisfied customer, what was received is not what I ordered. I've been a customer for years, and I never new the quality of their work until now. I live in a different state and I try to send flowers to loved ones on special occasions. Well, it's been said you can't believe everything you see online.

Very disappointed. I placed an order online to be delivered before noon. I called in the afternoon to find out why my order was not delivered and was told that they didnt receive that the arrangement needed to arrive at that time. I was then told that once the driver returns my order will be delivered within the hour. 2/3 hours pass still no delivery. I called to cancel and receive a refund and was then told that the driver was pulling up with the delivery. I still insisted to get a refund because by then the order was too late. I was then told at best I can receive a discount for my next order. Why would I order again if I didnt even get what I was paying for? On top of that I was told she will dispute the transaction if I go to my bank. Please purchase arrangements elsewhere.
