Recruiter Jake Hanson may have had a bad day when he called me on my phone to offer me an interview for a M&A bilingual position. He was very unfriendly, did not know how to listen to my concerns and after 2 minutes conversation he was trying to prove his background experience that I never questioned and told me that if I did not have the experience that the position required I was waisting his time. My first language is Portuguese and I am advanced in Spanish as my resume and job application stated. My only questioned to him was if I had to write all the reports in Spanish. I really do not think that was an absurd question. After finding his profile on Linkedin and he has a history background and experience as an IT recruiter? Is he really the right professional to interview for this position?
