Had my wife waiting naked for an hour in a room. No apologies, no explanation. Unprofessional, unpleasant and uncaring staff.

I have been calling for a week now and either I get no response or get hung up on. The front desk ladies are extremely rude on the phone when they actually do answer and "transfer" you to a line where they just hang up on you. Beyond frustrating. I was impressed with Dr Casanova and really wanted to give him a try due to how comfortable I felt on my first visit but I am really considering changing OBGYN because of their poor customer service. Upset beyond words.

Kept getting hung up on after they picked up multiple times. Only once did she actually talk and when I explained my situation she put me on hold then she picked up and hung up. Medical records 3/15/23.
