They always have what is needed when I need it. And otherwise they get it and quick...and knowledgeable staff...Jose is super cool and knows his metals and fasteners....

Monday July 20, 2020 at approximately 13:30 hours, visited Sky Tools - Gentleman by the name of Jose treated me like I had no business being in the store. I have a 22 Angler boat with broken bolts by the thermostat cap and needed help in buying tools to extract them. As I saw different items in the store I kept ordering, Mr. Jose kept on going back to the register as to dispatch me. I asked him why was he trying to get rid of me - he said that he, the other gentleman, or the young man did not want to go back and forth, he seemed angry, but I did not cause anything to make anyone angry. I am 65 years old, a retired Warden from Rikers Island, graduate of the FBINA Session 206, I posed no danger and was looking for opinion on how to get the job done (best lubricant and so on) I dont know if my brown color bother Jose, but that would be his own personal issue. I left the store as the gentleman that I am wishing that blessings to him from his higher power
