My family and I have been eating at the sunset location for many years. Always clean and staff courteous! In fact, my younger daughter always wanted to work there after high school and guess what, her first part time job was there. I ring the bell at the exit to show our appreciation. Here's to you Arby's RIng Ring (bell).

Need someone nice at the window. If this lady doesn't know what being nice is all about, she should trim her nails and stay in the kitchen....I've been a customer for a long time and can't get used to such terrible attitude....

Got there at 10:45pm when they say they are open till midnight. The person in front of me ordered. Then when I got to the box they said they were closed. It was 10:50. After I asked why they didn't answer. As I tried to back out of the winding drive in (blocked going forward) someone said "hi can I take your order" and I asked "so you're not closed?" Someone said "no can I take your order" I asked "ok fine so you're open?" And they responded "no we are closed go away" This is why Arby's is a joke to most people. It's a running gag on the Simpsons and Family Guy how disgusting it is to eat here. This location has the worst customer service ever. This isn't even my fourth or fifth bad experience but at least my 10th. What a joke this location is. Update; corporate contacted me. They did nothing they ignored me. Basically laughed at me. Don't care about any customers. What a joke this company is. Maybe now I'll get some "attention" Stop eating here. I love Arby's. But this location is a joke. and since it's the only one in like 300 square miles, don't eat here. They are a joke. You ,person who contacted me, you're a joke.

We've been there many times, most recent visit was especially pleasant. Friendly staff, fast service, order correct, just the way any business should operate. Manager please congratulate your staff on a job well done! We'll be back :)
