I am aware that this place has a reputation for being an elderly patient clinic, but my doctor, Ivan Del Rio, works out of here and I cannot part with him. In fact, I have gone out of my way to switch insurances several times, just to make sure I continue to see myself with him. He and his nurse, Jacquie, are wonderful and an INCREDIBLE team. Dr Del Rio is always on top of my health, he is diligent, trustworthy, detail oriented, and makes sure that he goes above and beyond to assure that my needs are met as a patient. Next to my former pediatrician, he is by far the best doctor I have had. As for the clinic: the staff are welcoming, attentive, and everything is digital (for me that is such a perk!). Setting up an appointment has always been with relative ease and everyone from the ladies in the front, to the ones in the referral department are absolutely professional and as helpful as possible. I have yet to have a negative experience at CAC and would recommend them to not only people who are looking to have their elderly parents associated with a “clinica”, but also to anyone who is able to get their insurance to cover a visit with one of their doctors. By far my favorite medical center in South Florida.
