Miami Institute For Joint Reconstruction

Dr. Balager has an Office that is first come first serve. Everybody is told they have a 10:30 appointment. But you sit in the office and wait for hours and hours waiting to see Doctor Balagar Maybe they did that in some other countries that way but I find that totally unprofessional. The Miami institute for joint reconstruction should be embarrassed to have one of their members conduct their medical office in such an unprofessional fashion.

It doesnt matter if the doctors are good or not when youll barely get to see or talk to them ; dealing with the front desk is an insufferable experience it doesnt matter if you have an appointment, youre going to wait at least an hour to see somebody. Hopefully its the doctor and not a PA as doctors leave early every day it seems. Front desk treats everybody with zero respect. Call? youll be on hold for 45 minutes. And then they have the audacity to speed me through my appointment? Doctor came in and in literally less than a minute walked out. Felt like I was on an assembly line not in a doctors office. I dont know how this place stays in business.

Happy New Year everyone at Miami Institute for joint reconstruction!!!!!!!!! best way to describe visiting this AWESOME place is GREAT OVERALL. THE BEST! once you walk in everything is already done, you say your name once and won't have to say it again they already know you. They care and are respectful, extremely helpful. The staff, the doctors, the assistant.... everyone Thank you so much for everything.

Not the Kendall office but I bet is the same, I went to the Coral Gables office. What a chaos that is. The only nice person is the elderly man that walks patients in. Horrendous. Doctor is a 5 second doctor, no communication, no sympathy, no instructions no nothing. He doesnt take his time to engage in a conversation or the patient to ask questions. Its a nightmare, and all the patients waiting outside are complaining of the inefficiency of everyone there. Spare yourself If you need a real orthopedic doctor.

I went to Coral Gables to see Dr. Liam McCarthy. Please do not go to see this doctor. He examined me quickly and asked me to go for therapy. I am telling him I am in pain. This doctors not good at all. He was very quick and fast to get me out of his office. I even told him I had a problem before had to go to urgent care.
